Why a Cybersecurity Treaty Is a Pipe Dream

Companies and governments seem incapable of defending themselves from sophisticated cyber attacks and infiltration. As a result, many believe that the only viable cybersecurity solution will come from an international treaty. Nevertheless, achieving this result seems farfetched, as States have differing views regarding how to approach cybersecurity.
